We love what we do, we love to make a difference, and we are proud to say that we are passionate in our efforts to enhnace cycling in and around Rochester. Here's just a few groups we are proud to support and sponsor.

 

GROCGenesee Regional Off-road Cycling (GROC)  is a Shared-Use Trails advocacy group in the Rochester area. We are the driving force in the community of mountain cyclists in the trail community we do trail work, educate trail users, and work with local cycling industry leaders, government agencies, and other trail user groups.

 

 

 

GVCCThe Genesee Valley Cycling Club (GVCC), affiliated with the United States Cycling Federation and USA Cycling, is dedicated to the promotion and development of road racing in Monroe and the surrounding counties.

 

 

 

RBCRochester Bicycle Club (RBC) Rochester’s Recreational Cycling Source – Dedicated to promote cycling for health and well being. Events include; recreational weekend riding, social evening dinner rides, road cycling, mountain bking, time trialing, overnight weekends and more.

 

 

 

 RRCAochester Cycling Alliance. Their mission is to bring together cycling enthusiasts and clubs in Rochester, NY. for the purpose of promoting bicycles for transportation, sport, recreation & health, fostering the development of cycling roads and trails, to better facilitate the exchange of information on bicycle safety, and to provide input on govt activities/legislation affecting cycling.

 

 

 

City Cycles

City Cycles is the University of Rochester’s free bicycle lending program. Sponsored by the Students’ Association. City Cycles aims to promote bicycling as an attractive and sustainable mode of transportation for the University of Rochester community. The program accomplishes this goal by providing high-quality cycling equipment and services and by encouraging off-campus exploration and experiences.

 

 

 

1 World 2 WHEELSOne World, Two Wheels, a Trek Commitment is just that; a pledge by Trek and its dealers to make the world a more bike friendly place. The world isn’t going to change itself. It’s time to get involved. Welcome to One World, Two Wheels. We hope we can inspire you to “Go by bike!”

 

 

 

Tour de Cure

The Tour de Cure is a series of fundraising cycling events held in 44 states nationwide to benefit the American Diabetes Association. The Tour is a ride, not a race, with routes designed for everyone from the occasional rider to the experienced cyclist. You will travel a route supported from start to finish with rest stops, food to fuel the journey and fans to cheer you on!

 

 

 

The Breast Cancer Research Foundation

The Breast Cancer Researech Foundation. Thier go is to raise public awareness and fund breast cancer research in an effort to achieve prevention and a cure for breast cancer in our lifetime. All proceeds are donated directly to The Wilmot Cancer Institute 

 

 

 

Bikes Belong

The Bikes Belong Coalition was formed in 1999 as the national coalition of bicycle retailers and suppliers working to put more people on bikes more often. U.S. bicycle companies recognized that they could accomplish more for bicycling by working together than by working independently. From helping create safe places to ride to promoting bicycling, we carefully select projects and partnerships that have the capacity to make a difference.

 

 

 

IMBA

The International Mountain Bicycling Association (IMBA) is a educational association whose mission is to create, enhance and preserve great trail experiences for mountain bikers worldwide. Since 1988, IMBA has been bringing out the best in mountain biking by encouraging low-impact riding, volunteer trailwork participation, cooperation among different trail user groups, grassroots
                                 advocacy and innovative trail management solutions.

 

 

 

GROC Singletrack Academy

GROC Singletrack Academy is an educational summer program for young riders. Over the course of eight weeks, the comprehensive program teaches participants to become better riders, but also seeks to instill in young riders positive attitudes about themselves, their community, and the environment.
